At Omni Office, we specialize in helping you design and optimize the layout of your new office. Our comprehensive design service ensures that your workspace is functional, stylish, and tailored to your specific needs.

What Does the Omni Office Design Service Include?

  • Customized Layout and Product Recommendations: We help you determine the best furniture layout and products for your office space, considering ergonomics, aesthetics, and practicality.
  • Detailed Drawings: From your provided measurements or architectural plans, we create detailed drawings of your space.
  • Optimal Product Placement: We identify the best locations for furniture relative to power supplies and other infrastructure.
  • Full Visualization: We offer a complete range of furniture visualizations, allowing you to see how your office will look before making a decision.

What Can We Provide?

  • Labelled Plan View: Includes dimensions and product names, with all items clearly labeled for easy identification.
  • 3D Views: Multiple angles and close-ups of your office space, providing a realistic preview of the final setup.
  • Photorealistic 3D Renders: As needed, we can provide high-quality, photorealistic images of your office space.
  • Comprehensive Furniture Schedule: A detailed list of all recommended furniture, complete with specifications to help you make informed decisions.

What’s Not Included?

  • Building Works Recommendations: While we can suggest wall removals or changes, a qualified builder should be consulted for structural considerations.
  • Electrical or Lighting Plans: We can recommend power locations, but an electrician will need to handle the practical aspects of cabling.
  • Colour Consultancy and Fixed Elements Visualization: Our focus is on movable furniture; fixed elements like joinery, doors, or curtains are not included in our plans.
  • Accuracy of Plans: While we strive for precision, plans are subject to variations and the effects of scaling scanned drawings.

How to Get Started?

Getting started is easy! Just send us the information you have, even if it's a quick sketch on the back of an envelope. For the best results, please provide accurate dimensions of the space, including floor length, width, ceiling height, and the positions of doors, windows, and other features. A PDF of your architect’s scaled plan is ideal, especially if it includes at least one dimension that we can use for accurate scaling.

Photos of the site can also be helpful, particularly for identifying features like pillars, obstacles, or sources of natural light. Once we have all the necessary information, we may suggest a quick catch-up over Teams or Zoom. This "Same Page" meeting ensures we understand your needs fully and can ask any additional questions to deliver the best possible solution for your new office space.
