Delivery Terms

Free Delivery Offer
Free delivery applies only to products that explicitly state "free delivery" in their product description on our website. For products listed as "request a quote," delivery charges will apply. Additionally, some products may incur a delivery fee, which will be detailed in the product description. In cases of remote or extreme rural locations, deliveries may be made to a nearby township at the discretion of Omni Office, and you, the customer, will be responsible for collecting the product from that location.

Delivery Definition
Delivery is defined as delivery to the main entrance or the primary store entrance of the delivery address building. Delivery to locations above the ground floor or into specific rooms within the building is not included in our standard delivery service and may incur additional costs.

Delivery Timeframes
Omni Office aims to deliver your order promptly. Products marked "In Stock" will typically be delivered within 10 working days of order placement and payment. Products marked "Pre-Order" will be delivered according to the manufacturing schedule, usually within 15-20 working days of order placement and payment. However, Omni Office reserves the right to amend the delivery timeframe if there are significant delays due to manufacturer supply issues or unforeseen freight challenges beyond our control. All items on this website are subject to stock availability. While we strive to fulfill your entire order as quickly as possible, there may be instances where we cannot do so. In such cases, you will be informed promptly, and any unsupplied products will be placed on backorder and delivered as soon as they become available.

Special Order Products
Products that are specially manufactured overseas are subject to international manufacturing and shipping schedules. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery dates provided are indicative only. Omni Office reserves the right to adjust the delivery timeframe if there are major delays due to manufacturer supply issues or adverse freight conditions outside of our control. You also accept that any inconvenience, costs, or contract penalties incurred due to delivery delays are your responsibility, and you have no right of recourse to charge or request payment for those costs from Omni Office.

Freight Charges
Freight charges depend on the destination, weight, and volume of the order. The free freight offer to metro areas is determined by the delivery address postal codes, as specified by Omni Office. Residential deliveries within the same metro areas may attract a delivery charge. Orders outside the designated postal codes will not be delivered until a delivery cost quote has been provided, agreed upon, and paid in full by the customer. Omni Office reserves the right to withhold delivery if an order is misrepresented as either commercial or residential, and any additional freight costs due to misrepresentation must be paid before dispatch.

Public Holiday and Annual Closure Processing
Orders placed on or during public holidays will be processed on the first working day following the holiday or weekend. Omni Office closes for annual holidays from mid-December for three weeks, and any orders placed during this period will be processed on the first working day after the closure. Credit card payments will still be processed on the day of order placement or the following business day, even during the closure period.

Customer Responsibilities
You, the customer, must ensure that you and your delivery premises are readily available during normal business hours to facilitate smooth delivery. If delivery is to a storage company, you must ensure that either you or an authorized agent is available at the delivery point to inspect and receive the delivery. Any delays caused to delivery vehicles due to improper entry availability or other issues that incur costs will be recharged accordingly. Additionally, you must inspect all delivered products before signing as received in good condition. If a product is received with transport damage, it will be repaired or replaced based on a review of the damage. If you sign for products as received in good condition or do not check and sign documentation, you forfeit the opportunity to claim for any transport damages.
